The
day and facilities were very well organised by 2CVGB and people really
enjoyed themselves and enjoyed meeting old friends
|

 |
People brought new acquisitions, vehicles that had been lovingly
restored and the faithful family servants that were still in service
well over 50 years since the model was introduced. How many manufacturers
can match that record?

were plenty of 2CV suppliers offering good advice as well as

Bob's
Special Van was parked proudly showing that you could eat your
dinner off the engine - although anyone who tried would be shown
the big spanner set close up. |
| Barry,
who moved his 2CV & Citroen garage from Guildford a couple
of years ago is now well established in Lincolnshire (See Specialists
page) Here you can see a special plastic roof on a standard 2CV. |

| Part
of the fun is wandering around looking at the cars and chatting
about the variety of features. |
