Another excellent meeting,more new faces and a good time had by all,
expeditions to Belguim and holland discussed-they were,by all accounts
,a great success,I know Bills was by the panels and bits that are
decorating my hall and lounge,bob had a good time too and bought 
another Ami 6(as you do)-all he has to do now is get it back to england(
already a story in itself-editor).The lads want to go again next year-
anyone elso going to join them next year?The exibition of Citroens was 
excellent,especially DS'S.Dave .Bob.Bill,Ray will keep you informed,also 
our Lincolnshire correspondent -namely Barry Annells was there to with a 
very useful Berlingo.
Of course there was talk of France and Austria meetings-we do well at 
Madhatters when it comes to foreign tours so if any of you are not 
adventurous we will help you to venture abroad-join us in Austria,its
not to late.
Join us at the meeting next month(now outside) to see how the french 
national went with the madhatters and 2cvgb members.

FRENCH TRY OUT SALTWATER CHASSIS TEST..(THEY ALL DROWNED SHORTLY AFTERWARDS…)

CITROMOBILE...THE BIGGEST EVENT FOR CITROEN ENTHUSIASTS EVER ANYWHERE?
Do you dream of seeing acres of 2cv's..hundreds of DS's,scores of
Tractions and SM's,,heaps of Meharies,piles of Ami's,loads of CX's/BX's.
..to see NEW 2cvs for sale,hundreds of citroens in superb condition for
sale at good prices…...of seeing every spare (INCLUDING PANELS)you ever
wanted available for anything in droves. Of seeing thousands of Citroen
enthusiasts from all over Europe,of bands/fireworks/…...well that was 
Citromobile in Utrect….a stunning event that outclasses anything that you
have ever been to to do with Citroens….bob/ray/bill/barry and me(le editor) 
went….next year you MUST GO...all of you...you will kick yourself if you
don't…..

Bob...he of the Ami6 fame, and myself,went to Beerse in Belgium for
the jumble(sort of spares event),my first trip in the Blueberries 
and custard abroad...only a two-car convoy but our first camping event
of the year.
Despite the over-enthusiastic beaurocracy of the Belgiums the event
went well,with a good british car turnout and reasonable weather….next year we will look at combining this event with Citromobile(see below) to make a 7day break type event so we don't have to come back over then go back again a few days later..

need a re-think?// yes…..would you be willing to get involved??? 
As a club or individually?/ should we all help and have a rethink
before next year…..don't let this event die...lots of other car 
clubs do great lon/bri runs so why not us???/
