The site is in beautiful countryside not far
from Dieppe. We were welcomed by a very friendly group |

06 |

07 |

08 |
There were lots of Meharis
which is the focus of the Club Cassis |

12
|
A splendid
parcel shelf had a scene involving Citroens in miniature |

13
|

14 |

15 |

16
|
There were many activities
- a treasure hunt, a beach picnic, lunch in the Town and
'drag' races but there was plenty of time to enjoy the campsite
too.
|

17 |

18 |

19 |

20 |
There were lots of interesting
cars - and interesting people |

21 |

22 |

23 |

24 |
Auffay
is a short distance from the campsite - a charming small
town |

25 |

26 |

27 |

28 |
The
cars convoyed to the town centre at lunchtime on saturday |

29 |

30 |

31 |

32 |
We stood and looked at the
cars and drank coffee waiting for the 'races' |

33 |

34 |

35 |

36 |
The Mayor (below left) was
master of ceremonies as the officials organised a safe space
for the cars to run in. |

37
|

38 |

39 |

40 |
There was a fairly orderly
queue to get onto the 'grid'
For the full detail have a look at the movie
|

42 |

43 |

44 |
Back at camp - it was possible
to enjoy a barbeque |

45 |

46 |

47 |

48 |
Sadly, all too soon for the
visitors from England to take the ferry back |
